 Attension about bank policies:

As has been advised by the company regarding opening of a personal savings account in Prime Bank the following is required to be done.

• All the panelist have to open a personal savings account in Prime Bank branch nearest to them. You will have to furnish all the documents required by the bank for account opening.
• Opening of the bank account is at the sole discretion of the bank.
• We have come to know that after having received this information the panelists had approached the bank. However the Bank raised a strong objection to people having gone in large numbers. This has resulted into disruption of the operations of the bank.
• All the panelists are requested to understand that this facility has been arranged as an effort to smoothen the remittances for Bangladesh Panelists. If we do not cooperate with the bank, the situation will again become difficult to manage.
• Hence you should decide amongst your team members to reach the bank in a phased manner in small groups with all the required documents so that it is convenient for bank.
• Dear panelists please remember that out of all available options this tie up will only work out if we cooperate with the bank. All team leaders are advised to take a note of the same

In order to reach out to every corner of the country and keep up the momentum going for offering the opportunity and growth to Speak Asians , the company has an ambitious and innovative strategy. To achieve the desired objectives , Speak Asia has invested heavily in -

1. You would have seen an Advertisement Based Survey which was previewed a few weeks ago in the survey list. These Advertisement Based Surveys open up a huge opportunity and long term sustainable income for our Panelists. SpeakAsia has invested heavily in creating Ad Stations for the panelists and creating infrastructure for such a critical application .

2. In order to ease the pressure of selling and help our Panelists to increase their business, Speak Asia has hired a huge sales force spanning every district in the country . This sales force will work along with the Panelists in the defined territory and would be responsible for the growth of the business his area.

3. Massive advertisement campaign in all forms of mass media ( Print , Television , Digital etc ) is starting in mid April 2011 . The print media will cover all major national and regional news papers . In the Television media , prime spots have been booked in GEC , major IPL matches , key news channels. This will generate huge awareness and response from people

4. Speak Asia Gen X Bazaar in Goa commences from 9th May till 11th May which will be attended by over 100 organisation and about 12000 Speak Asians . Company is spending huge amounts to bring in the merchants and Speak Asian together for mutual benefits. You will receive details of this program shortly.

5. Last but not the least , all transactions in Speak Asia have attracted service tax of 10.36% which Speak Asia has paid through its master distributors to the Govt of India . This service tax paid was so far absorbed by the company and was not charged from the Panellists. The invoices generated mention the service tax payable @10.36% and hence will have to be charged extra from the Panellists.

You would agree that Speak Asia will have to invest heavily in its technological infrastructure for ever growing community as well increasing its visibility through various media communication initiatives.

Keeping above in view ,we would like to share that with effect from 11th May 2011, that the Subscription charges for Surveys Online Today E-Zine and Panelist Training stands revised as under:

New Subscription rate (Inclusive of Service Tax in USD)

1. Standard 26 Issues: $159 (current $120)

2. Standard 52 Issues: $299 (current $220)

3. Standard Subpanel: $139 (current $100)

4. Premium Subpanel: $279 (current $200)

5. Basic Renewal Panel: $159 (current $159)

6. Premium Renewal Panel: $279 (current $200)

Kindly note that the effective date of new subscription rates is 11th May 2011.
